S−TRON, a leading provider of access control and CCTV integration, was featured in two episodes of the Discovery Channel’s “It Takes a Thief”. This show features two reformed ex-cons that expose home-security flaws by unleashing these two uniquely qualified experts onto the properties of people interested in learning just how vulnerable their houses are.
On episode 22 “Daddy’s Little Girl” of “It Takes a Thief”, it featured S−TRON team of highly qualified integration specialists installing some of today’s latest security technology. S−TRON’s technicians installed an Aiphone access control video door station that allows color video and intercom to a monitor inside of the house. A pressure mat was installed to activate the doorbell when a person stands on it.
On episode 30 “Unlocking the Past” of “It Takes a Thief”, S−TRON was asked to install a CCTV system. The security system included several Honeywell dome cameras and a Honeywell Rapid Eye DVR.
