Nationally, Mr. Tsompanidis has coordinated service, installation and project management for retail chains such like Menard's, Lowe's Home Centers, Wilson's Leather, Goody's Family Clothing and Kroger's Food Markets.
Internationally, he has successfully executed and coordinated projects for companies that include Auchan Hypermarkets, Carrefour, and B&Q Home Improvement Centers.
Experience includes coordination of simultaneous multi-store rollouts. Mr. Tsompanidis has created, controls and maintains the National Installation and Service Network. His expertise in qualifying potential S-TRON business partners has lead to great installation and service success throughout the United States and abroad. S-TRON manages the highest qualified and most responsive national service and installation network in the industry. His tenacious work ethic, follow up and commitment to schedules and project completion dates gets large video security systems installed on time with precision and accuracy. Mr. Tsompanidis' rapid deployments yield the fastest return on investment for clients.
Mr. Tsompanidis has also created a phone fix program that further enhances the S-TRON experience and provides unparalleled benefits to our valued customers. This program enables customers to call into our office and speak to a representative and attempt to repair an issue right over the phone. The results are a 20 percent "over the phone" fix rate and unlike most manufacturer help desk centers, there is little to no hold time. The program has been structured in a way that in the event that the client's problem is not phone repaired, it has been diagnosed to the point where we likely know what equipment is needed to repair the issue on the first and only visit. Less downtime and expense for the customer is the program's main focus.
