As of July 2010 almost half of S−TRON employees are veterans of the United States Military (Army/Navy/Marine Corps) with over 20 combined years of honorable service to our country.
The veterans bring a high degree of professionalism and leadership to the table. We operate with an “Esprit De Corps” that you will find in very few other companies. Our veterans, in true military fashion, project the attitude that “Failure Is Not an Option” and insure that this attitude is contagious throughout the company. At S−TRON we do not employ sales persons. All sales functions are performed by systems engineers. Rest assured that when you meet or speak with an S−TRON representative that you are working with a fully qualified systems engineer with many years of expertise. Our staff has a combined 138 years of experience in the security industry. Collectively, our experience includes all aspects of CCTV and Access Control technology including: installation, service, design/engineering, system integration, tech support, sales, troubleshooting, and component level bench repair.
In addition to our vast past experience we are constantly investing in educating our staff in current and emerging technologies. Our staff currently holds 24 Manufacturers certifications. Many of our staff are well versed in information technologies as well. Some of these skills include: Windows operating systems and servers, networking and troubleshooting, Database (SQL). We possess the overall knowledge and skills required to work and communicate with today’s most challenging IT Departments.
