S-TRON is a veteran owned company. In fact, more than half of our service employees are veterans of the U.S. military with multiple deployments during their honorable service to our country. They didn’t leave our country behind. S-TRON doesn’t leave it’s customers behind.

Reliable Service & Installation

Our systems engineers, on average, fix 30% of service issues by phone saving our customers time and money on in-person service calls. When a service call is necessary, our first response will be within a couple of hours from when the call is received. S-TRON is able to complete 95 percent of service calls on the first visit, typically within three days from receiving the service request.

We pre-program all products prior to shipping, and diagram all device placement by serial number & IP address so that installation is seamless and cost effective for you.
S-TRON utilizes non-proprietary equipment solutions, so customers aren’t locked in to a specific manufacturer or vendor.
